This tutorial will should you how to add a border to your image in Photoshop.

Step 1: Find a good picture that you can use! I am going to use this one:


Step 2: Now go to Edit >> Stroke. Set all your settings the same as mine like in the picture below. You also can change color to whatever you want, and the width also can be whatever you want; bigger numbers will mean a thicker border! Your window may also look different if you have a different kind of Photoshop but it should also work the same!


And you're done! Your finished result should look something like this:
